Q2 8th Habit -- Finding Your Voice

 The 8th Habit,
Moving from Leadership to GREATNESS

The 8th habit holds powerful insights that challenge us to find our voice and inspire others to find theirs.  The 8th Habit inspires us to thrive, innovate, and lead in order to move beyond effectiveness and into greatness.

This is a fun exercise for youth to help them discover their own latent worth and a vision of what the Lord may have in store for their life plan at this time.

Draw this empty venn diagram.  As you discuss what each area may contain, the youth may begin to visualize a plan for themselves.

Voice Excerpt directly from Dr. Covey's book:  https://cbtworld.wordpress.com/2012/08/13/find-your-own-unique-voice-help-others-find-theirs/

Our intent at providing this exercise is to help the youth understand what their research project should be about at the end of this semester and to begin getting the creative and innovative juices flowing.

What helped her do all the hard things she had to face?

Why was she given so many miracles?

What does it mean that she won, but winning doesn't necessarily mean alive.

As St. Paul says, “God chose the weak things of the world to build them strong.”

1 Corinthians 1:27   27 And if men come unto me I will show unto them their weakness. I give unto men weakness that they may be humble; and my grace is sufficient for all men that humble themselves before me; for if they humble themselves before me, and have faith in me, then will I make weak things become strong unto them.
